  • How to create a HoFookKei account?
    A HoFookKei account gives you access to our many prestigious services. With a HoFookKei account, you can do things like:
    • Place order online and pick it up at local store anywhere of the world.
    • Buy jewellery at your local store and apply for return or refund just with a finger click.
    • Extend your jewellery warranty.
    • Track your order status.
    Follow below step by step to create a HoFookKei account
    • Go to the HoFookKei Sign Up page.
    • Enter your name.
    • Enter your email.
    • Enter and confirm your password.
    • Click Create an Account.
  • Can I log into two different devices with the same account simultaneously?
    We don’t recommend this. Logging into multiple devices with the same account—at the same time can cause a number of issues including: overall poor shopping experience, forced log outs; and issues with your data from previous sessions being overwritten.
  • How do I reset my password?

  • How do I check my order status?
    Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your HoFookKei’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
  • How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
    You'll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver's license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    Different jewellery are subjected to different policies. Refer Return & Refund y los Y+ Care to learn more about HoFookKei relative policies.
    • If you bought something from HoFookKei.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us.
    • For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
    • Note: Items such as outdoor power equipment, major appliances and holiday items have shorter return periods and additional restrictions. View our Returns and Refunds policy for more details.
  • How do I cancel an item from my order?
    You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by following steps.
    • Signing into your HoFookKei's account and selecting Orders & Purchases
    • Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel.
    • Select a reason for cancellation and then select Yes, Cancel. You’ll receive an email with the updated order information shortly after.
